Established 25 years
Helmut Ferrari has been planning, managing and supervising projects for over 25 years.
After working for Lahmeyer International, Lahmeyer Hydroprojekt and EDR GmbH, he decided in 2014 to establish an consultant engineering office and to offer these services and experiences independently.
The main focus of our activities is project management, contract, tendering and procurement management.

Analyses and assessments
We analyse and check the potential for implementing your project.
We conceive a first draft and evaluate the possibilities for technical and economic implementation. In addition, we assess possible risks and how to avoid them during the construction.
Procurement and contracts
We support you in clarifying all boundary conditions for procurement and tendering. This ensures transparency of procedures; cost, quality and timely awarding of contracts.
Consulting and expertise
We evaluate your project according to individual economic and technical requirements. This provides a basis for further financing for construction, rehabilitation or upgrading. In addition, we can prepare yield and value appraisals for your projects or already existing facilities.

Project management and control
We take over the project management for you with all aspects during conception, planning, tendering, awarding, realisation and warranty.
We organise the necessary steps and measures, define interfaces and their responsibilities. We coordinate the parties involved and the necessary processes. We check and control the qualities, time schedules, deadlines and costs of your project so that all specifications are adhered to.
Supervision and coordination
We monitor the technical implementation of the construction and renovation measures on site for you. We coordinate the parties involved and interfaces for an optimal progress of the Construction Site.
We check and monitor the quality assurance measures and compliance with environmental and species protection specifications and standards.
For investors and banks, we take over the verification of the performance status of the construction site with the funds used and check their proper use.
Approval of works (PSW)
Approval of construction works as a private expert in water management (PSW).
Approval as an accredited expert in water management in accordance with Article 61 BayWG (Bavarian Water Resources Act) for the areas of hydraulic engineering, hydropower, weirs, flood protection, surface and precipitation water and drainage, etc.
